“The room definitely needs a proper cleaning. It’s the first time I’ve seen it done so poorly. The common areas were fine—very clean, including the pool—but the room's cleanliness was really bad.”

“Visible of poor maintenance and upkeep. The a/c unit needs maitenance, room smelled of smoke and alcohol, and the bedding smelled. We were tired and just kept the reservation but did not shower due to the linens and uncleaniness.”

One thing that really stuck out to me was the fact that the owner of the property drove around in a high-end Porsche, while workers pushed around Target grocery carts to collect linens.
