“I would like a refund. Thus place is discusting we had to leave and could not complete our stay. Dirty sheets snot up the walls absolutely filthy bed was broken and someone banging our door constantly my daughter is still having nightmares”

“Clean rooms , lovely staff wonderful location . However it would be really helpful if there are some options of same gender en-suites .”

“Very nice clean apartment, an absolute bargain for the price! Very close to the city centre, took us around 15 mins to walk there from the property. Host was very helpful and always responded promptly. Would definitely recommend.”

“Full marks for everything but the mattress could be more comfortable- was too soft and you could feel it was sinking in because it was old.”

“Booking is made on Expedia, but the you complete the registration on another site. Shower is built into a very small closet. Toilet is on the other side - in another closet. You have to straddle the toilet to use a hand basin that barely fits my hands and it's not possible to wash your face in it without splashing water all over the floor. Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition. Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room.”
