“It was a good stay. the food at breakfast was great! We had to stay overnight due to a wait on a few things so we stayed here and I will continue to book with them. The Crowne is always my go to place to stay when in Columbus mainly because of the food. I traveled with my mom and one year old and we were able to get a crib. Only downside to the crib is there were two mattresses and she was able to climb out onto the beds so we took the one mattress out and we had no other issues from then on. ”

Also I had called down for a hairdryer at 8:30am was told housekeeping came in at 9:00am and they would send them up with one. At 9:45 am I called back and they “let them know” at that point.
