“They stole my money. I paid for a night due to bad weather from the airline i booked. It was deducted and the hotel claimed they never saw my payment even after showing them my receipt of payment and the deduction from my personal banking acct . I called Expedia they promised to help but never refunded my money . I had to make a payment again . ”

“The room was relatively clean but, the furniture in the room was worn and the towels was thin. The bed was comfortable and the showers were hot. The bathroom floor was dirty, there were foot imprints and the towel that is laid down in front of the shower/tub became extremely dirty just from being on the floor. The airport shuttle worked out well, getting us to the airport really fast. Caution: when thinking about reserving a room through Expedia and you are looking for a room with a sofa bed...

“Our room was clean enough but the shower and sink drain were clogged. Both were extremely slow to drain, leaving you standing in a puddle while showering. The bathroom ceiling obviously had a previous leak but no one attempted to repaint the water stains, wall paper was peeling in the room, wall paper in the dining area was peeling (showing signs of mold), the dining room chairs were in need of replacing. The breakfast selection was not very appealing, in fact my 10 yr old walked away...

“When I checked in, I was sent to a room type different than my reservation. When I returned to the desk, only then was I was then given the room in accordance with my reservation. There was a large group of pre-teen girls staying in a room directly across from my room. They played in the hall, running, making noise, and slamming the room door on Saturday and Sunday. I complained to the front desk, but the noise level did not diminish. The breakfast was average. There are renovations taking...
