“The staff, room, bed, and cleanliness were absolutely top-notch. However, the breakfast experience was just okay and a bit chaotic. The atmosphere was loud, with one guest sitting next to us on a speakerphone call for his entire meal, and another family allowing their child to run wild while repeatedly saying 'no.' A little more enforcement of common courtesy would make breakfast much more enjoyable.”

“The bathroom was not properly ventilated and the reception staff was not welcoming.”

“Large clean room with entire kitchen: stove, dishwasher, microwave, big refridgerator. Very helpful staff and free shuttle to and from airport. Loved the pool and fitness center.”

“Stayed for a cheer competition did the job and was a clean hotel and a newer establishment .”

“The room was not cleaned. One of the beds had stain on it and the sheets were wrinkles as someone slept on it. Told the front desk at 10 PM, they came up replaced sheets and pillow cases at 10:30 PM after call them again. No apologies from the front desk or hotel manager. When I complained , they waived the parking fee 10 dollars. They treated the complaint as no big deal. Called expedia and complained for the compensation, and waiting for compensation confirmation.”

“Clean room”

“Lobby seating shares sofas were stained. Breakfast area need attendants to keep the counters clean. No Fritos granola for yogurt. No oatmeal. Desk clerks were very nice. My room was clean but they didn’t have complimentary water in the room. I had to ask the desk clerk for the complimentary water.”

“There wasn't anything I didn't like. What I did like, and what really stood out for me was the front desk receptionist, and the manager. They were very helpful, very attentive and responsive to any request I made, any question I had, and they were very friendly. Therefore, I have no complaints about Doubletree Hotel, and I would definitely stay there in the future.”

“The rooms were very outdated and dirty. The floor was unleveled and very nasty. The bed linen has spots on it. The bathroom floor had red stains all over the floor. The shower had mold around the tub and the toilet wasn't clean.”

“We booked for 3 nights. The first room we stayed in had a terrible cigarette smell and the bathroom door was jammed. There spider webs on the ceiling. We requested the move room the second night. The 2nd room was a tad bit better, however the linen had stains on it. On the positive side, the staffs here were really friendly. My aunt lost her passport and ID. The first staff I spoke with on the phone went and look in the lost and found right away after knowing that our flight is in an hour....

“Room smelled like stale cigarettes. Looked run down and old. My bathroom had zero amenities. No soap , not even hand soap. Bed was hard as a rock. Definitely wouldn’t recommend”

“I usually stay here when I come back home. Staff won’t ever let me check in early. Barely even under 30mins early. One of the two elevators is usually broken. One of the 2 sides doors on each side of the building is usually broken. Parking isn’t enough sometimes for the visitors. Staff is ok definitely don’t go out their way to be nice. I started staying somewhere else. Around the corner. Room better and staff way more nicer. Like I’m paying you haven’t given me nothing for free. So why so mean.”

“Fix the elevator in that building. Booking people on the third floor without a working elevator was unacceptable. I am certain the hotel was not sold out, an option should have been made available. The clerk did not mention the broken elevator. I will not be staying there again. I was too tired after two days of moving to complain at the time.”

“I stayed here again after being treated very nicely the first time after a bed bug bit me and management took great care of me. However, this stay was not nearly as nice and I wasn't bitten by a bed bug. Instead, the fire alarm went off one night and we had to evacuate the bldg, cops called out another night, next day the management felt compelled to do a bldg wide room check and demanded entrance of your room no matter what you were doing, water shut off for a few hours on another day. “Everything was great and quiet floor”

“The AC didn’t work in the room. There was no access to the pool and the entire hotel is runoff a generator.”
