“We had a party of three and months ago booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room it had a king bed. I went back down to the front desk and the employee (with attitude) said that’s all they have and that we could use the pull out sofa bed. I ended sleeping on the pull out bed that was hard as a rock! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!! We couldn’t switch hotels because there was a lot of events going on in OKC that weekend. Also, we were there three nights and our room was not cleaned daily...

“Our stay here was fair to average. On the plus side was the breakfast and the gym. The negatives were the slight shabiness of the place (sketchy back carpark, trash around outside, broken door to swimming pool, charging ports in rooms not working). Also, when I booked, the website said there were rollaway beds available, but when asked for at the hotel, they said we could not have one because it was a fire hazard. There was also a notice on the hotel site that said the pool was not available but...

Certo, bisogna un po’ entrare nell’ottica del “viaggio da campo” ma può andar bene. Colazione gratuita passabile. Si può migliorare. ”

“Friendly staff. Fun place to stay at. Bars were convenient to have nearby. The rooms are a little outdated but you’re not in there too long!”

“My speaker was left behind and someone stole it. I tried calling as soon as I checked out to tell someone at 5am since I had a flight, I send a message and 3 days later still haven’t received a response. When someone finally answered after multiple attempts the said it “wasn’t found” I waited to unpack to send this response just to make sure I didn’t accidentally pack speaker. I checked in on Thursday night, left my “do not disturb” sign off the door on Saturday expecting to have the room...
