“Our first night and morning staff, Nellie and Carla, were fantastic. They were kind and friendly, and very helpful and attentive. Are next 2 nights left a lot to be desired. Both night, extremely loud and disrespectful. Arrived between midnight and 2am, with children in tow.. The staff did not seem to be able to control the influx. “Older building but well maintained. We had stayed here previously a few years ago and it seems much nicer now! I am a breakfast person and the breakfast here is EXCELLENT! I will come back and stay here just for the breakfast when I'm in Richmond. This trip was for my son's swim meet, important to have a bathtub, not just a shower, and older facilities usually have tubs (thank goodness). My only trivial complaint is that the air conditioning unit, while it worked just fine for being older, it...

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“I am very unhappy with the experience I had staying here, everything seemed perfectly normal until I noticed the soap dispenser was completely broken off the wall. Secondly, found a total of 3-4 small roaches on the floor, bed was completely fine. When I asked the staff about getting another room or refund, they told me no refunds and that there were no other rooms available, which I find very hard to believe considering the lack of cars on the premises... Definitely recommend spending a few...
