“The front desk person was so friendly, polite. Answered all my questions. The room was dirty, the bathroom mirror was filthy. I thought it may be stained so I grabbed a tissue to wipe it and the dirt came off. The front staff was so kind saying there was breakfast and to please help myself but I could not eat the were knowing how dirty the bathroom was. ”

“The property is definitely under a remodel right now but that is not shown on their website or Expedia. The pool is closed, multiple floors are closed and have plastic hung including right at the front lobby. Breakfast was minimal to say the least. We had to grab breakfast somewhere else. We have stayed here before but won't be again.”

“Wonderful, welcoming lodge owners. Very comfortable, and nicely decorated room. Great location for visiting Black Hills, Custer State Park, and all the best sights. The owners helped us with directions and restaurants. A bit of road noise, but the conversations made you forget it. They are improving the lodge & cabins every year.”
