“Terrible stay. From the moment I entered my room, I found an ozone generator running, which made me cough and caused lung irritation throughout the day. These machines are too risky to have on when guests arrive and should never be used in occupied rooms, as they can be dangerous to people and animals. They switched my room, but the issues continued. “Elevator in bad need of service, got stuck a couple of times, staff said work order in but awaiting part. Was there two weeks and not fixed as of my checkout date. Room door did not close properly and countertop cooktop not working due to bad wiring. Lobby staff said electrician was called, no one ever showed.”
