Summary:
This spacious and modern 2 bedroom apartment is set within a contemporary development in Blackburn town centre. The property has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay, including free Wifi, a fully equipped kitchen/open plan living area, clean and modern bathroom with complimentary toiletries and towels and 2 comfortable double bedrooms.

The Space:
This contemporary 2 bedroom apartment has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures and fittings and plenty of room for up to 4 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay in the heart of Blackburn. The large open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, comfortable sofa, armchair and a smart TV. There is wifi available throughout the property. There are 2 double bedrooms, both featuring plenty of storage space for clothes and comfortable beds with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the apartment.

The Neighborhood:
Located in central Blackburn, the town and its attractions are all within easy walking distance. The Mall Blackburn is just a 5 minute walk, home to high street brands and a choice of bars and restaurants. King Georges Hall and Reel Cinema are just a 10 minute walk away. There is a large Morrisons supermarket opposite the apartment and Blackburn train Station is 2 minutes walk away.

Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, most of the town is easily accessed on foot. There are a number of busses servicing the nearby main road, and Blackburn train station is just a 2 minute walk away.

Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay, just bare in mind it is kitted for 4 people.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.

For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

OK for the location, spacious, and comfortable, but some problems.

We stayed in this location approximately two months. The location cannot be better. Right by the Blackburn Mall. Shops are incredibly convenient. Bus and train are right there as well. The manager is very friendly, but sometimes hard to get ahold of.Now, onto the negatives…First of all, the lift was broken. It had apparently been broken for over six months since we got there. Angry residence were leaving signs on the lift to beg for it to be fixed. The ceilings are probably 10 feet high, so you can imagine how many stairs you had to walk up just to get to the first floor.We were promised a washer and dryer combo, but the dryer did not function. We were told it would be replaced, but it never was. Instead, they just gave us a rack to dry our clothes on. This was after I had spent a lot of money at a Laundrette and had to demand some of that money back.It was mostly quiet, and the building next-door was empty, so there was no one there are making loud noises, but there were occasional parties in the building, and they were very noisy.There is absolutely no place to put your shower items inside the shower. Only outside. Also, the lighting is not adequate enough for shaving. Taking rubbish through the bins means walking through the entire building, which is huge.No key to the mailbox. Management said they did not have one.Finally, only two windows in the entire flat. Only one of them opened. The other was locked.

Poo smell and in poor condition

If you like to wake up to the smell of sewage, beds on an incline, scraps of filthy carpet, cushions with a range of stains on and walking into having has no cleaners, then this is great for you! But honestly, the smell of rotten faecals in the bog was unhealthy
