“our room was clean, staff were very polite and helpful.Breakfast was good the curtain did not cover the whole window to keep the room dark in the morning and they charged $8 for parking!!!! in Everett WA ,with all the land around!!!!”

“Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless....

“The price was great. Get get what you pay for sometimes. The place was filthy in the bathroom. No water pressure to speak of. Very noisy including lots of trains. No sheets on the bed or extra blanket. Only a comforter. No coffee maker. The check in only took one minute. That was outstanding!!!! Honestly I rarely write a bad review. This isn't a hotel I will go back to.”

“Clean rooms, clean property, okay parking, walkable to restaurants. Perfect location halfway thru our trip to Canada.”

“I wouldn’t say this is the cleanest best western we stayed at during our 9 days. Some mold in the bathroom, difficult to figure out how to get shower warm. Carpet does not feel clean. So many recliners sitting in corners, multiple paint colors, stuff on the walls and counters makes it feel cluttered.”

“Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

“Stanze grandi ma un po' spoglie anche se con cucinotto annesso. Letti rumorosi e scomodi. Parcheggio sotto le finestre delle stanze fonte di rumore specie la mattina presto. Alla richiesta di potere lasciare i bagagli in albergo per qualche ora dopo il check-out il personale ha risposto di no adducendo come scusa la mancanza di spazio idoneo.”
