“Check in was very efficient and she answered our questions quickly. Her dining recommendation was very solid. Delightful room with essentially a glass wall, lots of light. Nice bedding, lighting, kettle coffee/tea, furnishings. Quite a bit of people noise and room door lock beeping in the hallway. “Fantastic spa break stay. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The spa was wonderful and the outside areas and bar really make it special. Food in the Orangery is fabulous and the room was big and had everything we needed. ”

“The lady Silvia very pleasant and helpful as all the other ladies and gentlemen. Breakfast options good , room ideal for me and my son and we left earlier to get home they supplied us with bacon sandwich as it was to early for breakfast. Parking was easy i paid for a place.used trams to get around. My son and i enjoyed our stay”

“Very modern looking hotel, but the service, whilst really friendly, doesn't match the image. The room was a double deluxe by looks, but too small to be anywhere near deluxe. The bathroom door wouldn't open fully as it would hit the bed frame. ”
