“When I pulled into the parking lot there were over 15 people getting together with alcohol in hand. I asked the desk if this was the norm and he said it was just people getting organized. The breakfast staff wasn’t friendly or smile unless you were of the same culture. This was very evident and I witnessed this a few times with different families. Took kids to the pool and 9 or 10 men all came in and took over the hot tub. They all had 3 or more beer with them. They were swearing and loud....

“Reserved room wasn't on the first floor as requested, all amenities such as pool and hot tub were unavailable, towels in suite were WET, the room wasn't prepared for our reservation and arrival at all. Very Very unimpressed and will not recommend this establishment.”

“It had a good view of the mountains and the town. It was very close to restaurants and easy access in and out. ”

“room dirty and tv did not work, breakfast was not given when I went to the Ramada as the front desk person had directed and no place to leave key so I left in the room . No one up at 6 am and doors locked ”

“Loved staying at this hotel! The staff were so kind and helpful! Loved staying there. The gentleman at the front desk was so kind and welcoming with the biggest smile! Then when I checked out, the young lady at the front desk was just as nice! Every time I walked by or asked for something, they were very helpful! ”

“Cleanest,calm environment,helpful staff and all kitchen amenities were provided.You just bring your food with you.have been there 2 times and already planning to book em in summer.my family specially my kids love it.What else do we want.”

I was hopeful it would be cute but was very surprised by how nice it actually was, there were many features i haven’t had in hotels before, it was both cozy and extremely clean. Will be returning 100% ”

“I would give this place easily a solid 10 out of 10 ! What a beautiful ski lodge to stay at right beside kicking horse resort . It’s also really nice that breakfast is included. The price was very reasonable for a ski lodge on resort . The whole experience was very enjoyable and we would stay again for sure. ”

“It’s good for the price. It was clean, comfortable, and I appreciated having different heat controls in each room! However there is a dehumidifier in the main room, which runs all the time. We stayed for a week so we would shut it off at night so we could sleep and leave it on during the day. We had to empty it a couple times and it was full! The property is old, but has been refreshed with new paint, flooring, etc. which explains the dehumidifier. We didn’t have anything to scour dishes with,...
