“The staff at the desk were on their phones every time I passed by and in 4 days, only one time did anyone look up and say hi. The cleaning crew puts the latch in the door and goes in and out several times letting the door bang on the latch, that got so irritating every day. Other than that it was a great visit, the place was very clean.”

“The walls in the rooms are thin. I could hear the TV in the next room. One guest was talking on his cell and I heard every word that he said.”

“Breakfast was ok, staff ok, my room was good but grand daughters room had many ants, she reported to staff and lady said they could move her but there was no one there to check her room till morning. I stay in many hotels and never heard of such response. Would not recommend ”

“The room was very clean. The shower was clean. I liked the design of the shower. The bed was comfortable. Overall the room was comfortable and clean. The lobby was dated and small. The woman who checked us in was very nice and offered us a bottled water. The set up of the lobby was uninviting, however, with glass between us and a small place to slide my ID. She had a little door to slide the water bottles through, which made it feel like it may be a shady, unsafe area. I would stay there again,...

“The Internet and our area of the hotel did not work. Reported it to the front desk on the first day of our stay and nothing was fixed. Room was not made up after our first day and only made up on our second day. Coffee at the coffee bar was overpriced at $4.50 per cup. Overall, a very disappointing experience.”

“The breakfast was pretty standard. My biggest complaint was the confusion with the checkout process. They added a charge for incidentals which was confusing as well as difficult to get straight on my charge card.”

“Terrible! Building is under construction inside the elevator and floors in the building were dirty, the bed was so worn down it felt like I was sleeping on the ground. There was a large gap under the door, the hallway lights lit up our room. Also they charge $10 for parking but don’t tell you until after they charge your card for it. ”

“The room wasn't as clean as it should be. The tv remote didn't work correctly. The bed sheets don't fit and continually come undone. The furniture it beginning to look shabby and my door key was deactivating during my stay.”

“Did not feel safe in the area. The restaurant was not good. The manager refunded half of the meal. There was random bits of garbage in the hall. And the crackheads coming up on and bothering people infront of the hotel entrance on the hotel property. The garbage cans in front of the hotel were overflowing. The room was nice, but the river view wasn’t appealing and quite gross. ”

“The listing said that breakfast was included, but there was nothing. The room smelled like a used litter box that hasn’t been cleaned out and it was a VERY strong horrible odor. There was black mold in the AC unit. Stains all over the carpet. There were no trash cans in the room nor bathroom to throw anything away. ”
