“Room pretty clean. Staff had horrible customer service. Lied saying they were full when they had plenty of rooms. They were very rude! ”

“I stayed in an accessible room which to my surprise was on the second floor at the far end of the hall. The rooms are usually located at ground level. Also no wheelchair designated parking. Note that the bathroom was outstanding and VERY clean and maintained!”

“I reserved a non smoking room, and my room smelled like smoke. My key card wasnt reset so after hauling all my luggage to my room, i wasnt able to get in . Over all not terrible, but probably wouldnt book here again. ”
