Hotel a Bland

“Pay attention to the details. There are no elevators. This hotel is not handicap accessible. This seriously shocked me in today's day and age. My daughter has a scooter and cannot walk. We were on the 2nd floor. They were booked and could not move us. To make this even worse they directed us to the wrong side of the hotel. So after her crawling up the stairs and us carrying all of our luggage , we had to come down and go to the other end of the hotel and up another set of stairs. These stairs...

“Was in town for my son's graduation with my 80 year old father with mobility issues. I reserved and ADA room and there ended up being some maintenance that needed to be done before we arrived. Wendy at Jackson Park Inn reached out to me proactively before we arrived and worked and corresponded with me several times to make sure they had a solution that worked for his mobility issues. I was very grateful for her. The staff was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!”

“When we arrived at the motel, the first thing we noticed was the landscaping in front of the property, was not as it appeared on the website. It showed bright green trees, the paint on the building was not the same paint we seen on website. After checking in and getting a card to enter the room.......OMG!!! The room was dirty, is the least I can say, putting it mildly. The 2 beds in the room both had multiple black tiny specs ontop of spread as well under the spread. As I looked in the bathroom...

“It is a unique historic hotel that appeared to me. My goodness, it had a key for the door. When was the last (great to me) time that happened? I was traveling alone and sent my wife pictures and she said "it doesn't appeal to me". On second view, it is kind of "masculine" and I liked it.
