“I was very disappointed in the shape of this motel. I chose it since it was the closest to my destination. Based on the reviews, I thought I would give it a try. The clerk said that he was giving us a newly remodeled room, so I was quite hopeful that it would be our new hotel used for our visits to Comstock Park. L'impiegata alla reception è stata molto cortese e gentile nell'offrire tutto il suo supporto ma alla fine ho dovuto effettuare, tramite expedia, una nuova prenotazzione con prezzo notevolmente maggiorato. “Staff was listing off all the things they couldnt do for room service. Offering no help. All ending in finding out long stay guests rooms get cleaned last (about 5pm, if they have time) and i needed to tell them when and what i wanted, which is what i was doing but they couldnt do so. I only asked if my room could be cleaned bf 2pm. I was told no. Very unhappy.”
