Hotel vicino a Bliss Day Spa & Shop - New Orleans

“Overall a pleasant place to stay with adequate but aging rooms. Cleaning staff were not consistently friendly or thoughtful e.g. three of us in a room did not result in three towels or adequate coffee supplies, despite rooms only being cleaned upon 24 hour advance request. Free parking is appreciated and while there is no free breakfast the food service area is large and varied. No restaurant with staffed table service. Close to Tulane University, I would gladly return for what would be my...

“We enjoyed everything about the hotel and property. Felt safe with gated parking lot as well. Even got to enjoy some sun in the pool Would definitely recommend and go back. ”

“My room was clean. The breakfast was decent, and our stay was comfortable. This is actually my second time staying at the residence inn. Both of my stays were nice.-”

“The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The gym was also clean and cool. No free breakfast, however. The hotel is a bit far from downtown (we definitely needed a car).”

“The pool was closed due to a glass breakage. The staff were friendly and did their best to address the issue. It would be nice if coffee were offered in the morning, or some other modest compensation for the loss of use of the pool. The restoration of the midcentury building and the courtyard garden is of high quality. ”

“Hair everywhere broken leaking toilets serves only cereal and toast for breakfast. Tried to get my money back and couldnt. 10/10 ??, WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!!”

“Breakfast was almost inedible. The eggs were really watery and gross. Area was dirty. The options were so limited compared to other like properties. Staff super friendly! Unfortunately the rooms were very loud. There was a dance team in the hotel. Would have been nice if at check in we were told and offered a room away from the teams. ”

“Parking was easy and free. The room and furniture was older but clean. The price was very reasonable. The IHOP next door was 24hr and came in handy. 10 min drive to French Quarter. ”

“Wonderful in every way. Exceeded expectations. Rooms were clean and spacious. Home was perfect. Staff were courteous and very informative. And the breakfasts were as good as anything we ate all weekend. Next time we are in New Orleans, we will certainly stay at Ashtons.”
