"Check-in was stressful, they did not have the confirmation # and I had to call Expedia for more information. We had already paid online. April? the desy clerk was kind to help me through this. Was a pain though. Breakfast is same old, same old. Coffee cold, hot water Luke warm, bland offerings."

"The hotel is not maintained very well at all. The hallway carpets looked liked they havent been vacuumed in several months. There was peeling paint and mildew / spots around the tub. Sheets had dried looking stains. The tub had some sort of patch on the inside wall. Just not a good experience."

"The second floor is in need of washroom overhaul. I have stayed on the first floor before so I know the hotel is good, but the second floor washrooms were gross so now that I know that I might not book on expedia again so that I can make a request for the first floor.
