“Check-in was easy. Everyone was very friendly! the lobby, the restaurant was good! There was a Starbucks in the hotel that was clean and friendly. The lobby was clean, spacious and well kept! There’s a bar inside the lobby, bartender wasfriendly, great service. restaurants, shopping, and theater all within walking distance. We will definitely be coming back and staying here again”

“The air-conditioning did not work. The unit was dirty and smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking unit. The toilet seat was broken and held on with only one bolt. There were no glasses provided in in the room. They did not have a replacement room. We were forced to find a different hotel. Told us we could only get back our deposit. The agent was rude considering the service.”

As a bonus, you can find all the disgusting things you've ever wanted at this "hotel!" The photos are lies. If you go in expecting to sleep in a disease-ridden dumpster, then you're good to go! “Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast ”

“No spa no pool. Room was ok. Bed was comfortable. Noone at the desk had to call for them via phone. Chechout didnt get reciept. Noone came down when i cheched out. ”
