“questo soggiorno è stata una piccola fiaba di poche ore. La casa risale all'Ottocento (è una villa) ed è registrata infatti nel Registro Nazionale statunitense dei luoghi storici. Entrando si viene subito trascinati in un'atmosfera magica perché le varie stanze sono rimaste arredate come un tempo: camini, grandi mobili in legno, palchetti originali e tanti piccoli oggetti curiosi (sarebbe lungo descriverli, vi consiglio una visita sul sito ufficiale della Vrooman Mansion). “Our room was absolutely disgusting stains on sheets and mattress and a dirty band aid let alone the floor not being vacuumed they refused to refund me which I’m still working on I have lots of pictures this is wrong and uncalled for we couldn’t stay there”

“Sorely needing total refurbishment. Pool and bar closed indefinitely. Dirty rooms. Very disappointing.”

“Check in was easy, room was clean, bed was firm and I loved that. Would stay again should I pass through the area again. ”

“Very outdated. We had adjoining rooms and the door split when we tried to open it sending the contents of the inside of the door all over the floor (we were traveling with 2 one year olds and a newborn). The rooms were not very clean. The beds were comfy though. If it was just a quick stay over night to lay your head down for a few hours, it is worth the price…..if not I would pass.”

“Checkin was super easy, cookies great of course! Luggage trolleys handy. Hallways and room were clean. The bath mat and towels could do with replacing. Like the fridge in the room - sooo handy. Extra pillows given on request. Plenty of soap. I wish hotel hairdryers had a nozzle on the - they should have the fixed on if they are getting lost. The breakfast was a good spread.”

“Front desk Peggy horrible attitude. Check out time was not til 11am the house keeper came and knocked on door and came right in our room and when had our private sign on our door and she still came on in”

“I have only wonderful things to say about my stay. The room was large and very clean. The hallways were clean and quiet. Lots of parking. The staff was kind and helpful. The amenities are so impressive for the value. I only paid $110 for a night. That came with complimentary drinks in the bar! And free breakfast! Wow. And the breakfast was great. Also the bed was so comfortable, unlike most hotels. I will be back!”

“Clean room and excellent staff. Only reason not all 5 stars is because towel rack in bathroom was broken and body wash container in shower was empty. Would definitely stay there again. Convenient location! ”

“I was double charged after paying through Expedia. Holiday Inn staff said they couldn’t see my payment through Expedia and they had to run my card. Turns out I paid for the room twice and no idea if I’ll get a refund or not. Time will tell”
