“Excellent hotel, great welcoming staff, great amenities ”

“My only issue is the fact that i reserved a jacuzzi room and I was they didn't have any when i arrived to the hotel. Not only did Expedia show available Jacuzzi rooms but so did Red Roofs actual website. At the very least they could have given me the heads up. I was also charged the rate for the Jacuzzi room. They employee blamed it on Expedia. I drove further and paid more expecting the room i paid for. ”

“Bed was unbearably hard and uncomfortable. We had to request housekeeping services several times. Floors in the bathroom and elevator were never vacuumed during the week we were there. Breakfast was not very good, bland sausage and probably, powdered eggs. I would not recommend this place.”

“We had trouble with the refrigerator in our room and lost some food because of it. The front desk was AMAZING and handled it. The rooms are spacious & clean. We will be back! ”

“The only issue I had was being on the back of the building and not able to access ice or soda because of my disability which I did not inform them of so that was my bad. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a decent accommodation at a reasonable price and excellent staff.”

“Breakfast wasnt great. Pool area in need of repairs. One front desk man in a tee shirft and low hanging sweat pants. Issues with getting fresh towels and room service. Beds were ok though. ”

“Rooms are clean and spacious, but pretty basic. The pool areas, atrium, & bar/restaurant are nice. The kids love the ice cream shop and Starbucks on-site. It’s our “go-to” place when staying in Sandusky. ”
