“We had a wonderful stay at River Run Bed and Breakfast. Ben, the owner, was incredibly warm and welcoming — he even gave us a tour of his fascinating collections in the living room. The space itself is cozy, especially with the fireplace, which makes for a perfect spot to relax after a day out skiing. The bed was comfortable. “The property is clean. The rates were good. It was very convenient to Cooperstown for the Hall of Fame Induction weekend. My husband really liked the shower amenities-- both the shower head and the Trader Joe's 3-in-1 soap. We enjoyed dinner at the Mill Pond in Jefferson. And the Fire Department had their annual fireworks display on Saturday night. Highly recommend Tandem Antiques, which is just down the street.”
