I was told we would have a balcony which they did not provide, also the pictures showed, and if I was not mistaken, they served breakfast which they said it was only for events, so we did not get breakfast. “We drove up early to attend Art in the Park, and asked if we could go ahead and park in the lot even though it was well before check-in. They allowed us to do so, which saved us from having to find parking elsewhere while we shopped Blowing Rock ! Very accommodating, and much appreciated”
