“We stayed for one night at this hotel. The good: Check-in was easy and service was great. We were explained all of the amenities and the on-site dining options. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are clean with a nice walk-in shower. Overall, the room felt on the higher-end. The bad: The entire area is heavily visited by unhoused individuals. We parked the car in front of the hotel just steps away from somebody passed out in the grass. “I recently stayed at the Mark Spencer Hotel in Portland and my girls and I had a great experience. I arrived before check in and the staff graciously allowed me to park my rental car early, which was a huge convenience and a great first impression. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and my room was spacious with a kitchenette that made the stay even more comfortable. The location was perfect—within walking distance of many great restaurants. I would definitely stay here...

“It's a nice hotel but nowhere near luxury class and was overpriced. Paid almost 30 for a tiny piece of fish. Was told it came with peas when we asked what it came with. There were literally 12 peas. So I guess technically it came with peas. After eating the 4 bites of fish, we went out for dinner after dinner. Luxury prices but not a luxury experience.”
