“I had a great stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Allentown West. The rooms were excellent, very clean and designed with a cute, modern style that made the space feel comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to start the day. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Everything was great except that the pool was "under maintenance" for our full weekend stay. Kids were excited to swim during our trip. It was quite the coincidence that the pool was re-opened the morning we checked out. We did not see any people "maintenancing" the pool our entire stay, as our room had full view of the pool. Very disappointing. If one of the highlighted amenities is unavailable, I think patrons should be notified ahead of time to make other accommodations for stay as the pool...

“Staff was very helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking. Located within 3min walking distance to a Cracker Barrel, a plus. Room size was exceptional, clean, and they use Dove bath products. ”

“I was originally staying at Allentown Park Hotel by Red. The room condition was atrocious. I checked out and went down and felt 1000% relieved to check into Staybridge. Immaculately clean room. Friendly staff. Generous and tasty breakfast. Comfortable lounge area. And very, very quiet property. So happy I changed my travel plans. Beyond satisfied with Staybridge IHG West. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“System down. Digital key can’t be used. There was out of body gel in the bathroom. The coffee machine was not cleaned and a used capsule was in the machine.”

“I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone.”

“I always enjoy my stays at Hampton Inns, staff are great, breakfast always a nice selection. My disappointment was my bed covers, I removed the white spread & on the white comforter was a large yellow stain & a small pea size brown stain that really should have been seen by the housekeeper. Also no bathmat was provided. I did tell the front desk of my concerns. ”
