“We found bed bugs in room 225 in both beds and silver fish under the covers and we had to vacate the room at midnight and drive 2hrs home because there were no other rooms available in the area. Though unapologetic, the staff did offer a full refund.”

“We had a great stay at Blue Mountain Village Suites. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a very nice balcony with a partial view of the mountain, which we really enjoyed. The location is excellent, and we loved spending time walking around the village. One of the highlights of our trip was taking the gondola ride up the mountain, the views were beautiful and it was a memorable experience. “Should say that this was a huge upgrade to the 2 star motel I initially booked. Expedia suffered a glitch and I was upgraded to this place at cost. Nice place, pool was always crowded and loud. Room was nice with small kitchenette but the heating and cooling didn’t work. I addressed this at the desk because they were not answering and also asked for extra coffee for the morning.
