“I was on a solo trip to Hampton Beach and I enjoyed my stay. This motel is walking distance to the beach. Within 6 min you can walk to the beach, but if you walk down further about 15 min you can get to the main beach that has bathrooms and is near restaurants and the pavilion. The motel staff was nice and pleasant. There is parking on site that was included in my stay. There is no ice machine, no housekeeping, also there are many rules like no eating in bed, no drinking in the pool, no using...

“There was no beach view BUT there was a beach view when you stepped out the door!Very Clean room, towards the back of the building where it was very quiet, nice kitchenette and full bathroom though only small sink in the kitchen , we made in work and it really was not a problem for so last minute booking a reservation. I would recommend staying here and people were very helpful and friendly. We got to park early before checking in for FREE which was GREAT!!! Thank you for a lovely stay!! ”

“Staff was kind and always there if you needed something. The rooms were perfect for a family to be comfortable and have their own space. Able to cook. In the kitchen or walk to one of the many bar/restaurants around the area.”

“The only real selling point for this property is the location and the oceanfront balcony. There is no elevator, no pool, the rooms are small, the shower was the approximate size of a coffin and security is all but nonexistent …BUT you are just a few steps from the sand and the balcony view is amazing. If you are looking for upscale accommodations this definitely ain’t it but if you are looking for just a (hard) bed to sleep in it is very serviceable for that. I would stay again.”

“We were on the second floor and the hallways were dark and smelled bad and so did our room. Our bed was very uncomfortable. We tried using the coffee machine and there was old coffee still in the machine. The bathroom was gross. First time and last at this place.”

“Considering the price I paid for two days, the place really needs a lot of repairs; on top of that, they charge you for everything—even a $10 deposit for the keys, which you don't get back. I feel that, at the very least as a courtesy, they could have coffee or something available for guests in the office. All in all, I won't be booking there again.”
