“After driving til almost 3 in the morning with 2 kids and going to the wrong hotel first we walked in and I was so happy with the room and thought I would book with this hotel more often Then we realized the toilet had issues flushing, there is no sound proofing and I got maybe 2 hours sleep as a result. “Double charged me and expedia refuses to refund me. Hotel is scheisty and tried to make me pay cash although i already paid through expedia. They said i would have to cancel through expedia because they couldnt process their payments at the time. Now the hotel wont respond to expedia to tell them that i paid again. Over $86”

“Stayed two nughts. Room was spacious and clean. I liked the bathroom- was clean and modern. Breakfast was good, the usual you get at most hotels. Staff was friendly and parking plentiful. We would stay here again.”

“I do not suggest this hotel. We chose it for the price since the others in the area wanted $300+ (high for a quick stay to break up a drive) and per usual, you get what you pay for. It was dirty, run-down, odd characters hung around the lobby, we turned on the water in the sink and the pipe below burst out water all over the carpet. Look for newer hotels if staying in the Roanoke, VA area. ”

“What's told breakfast was from 6 to 9am at check in.. we had to leave by 6:15.... breakfast was not ready and was told breakfast didn't start till 6:30”

“Parking was easy. The rooms were fantastic. They are beautiful. Everything was clean. The only thing that was a little unfortunate was the bar closed really early and they also were out of pretty much everything to make on their menu. So it would have been nice to get a drink and enjoy there. But I guess I don't do much business which is unfortunate. Overall though, it's a great property to stay at”
