“The room was outdated and smelled like a gym locker. The room hot tub looked like someone died in it and the bathroom had no separate toilet wall. The white shower curtain looks stained yellow. The ceilings had water damage and stains. And the lounge kitchen was filthy and board of health would pass out .”

Infelizmente, a funcionária da recepção era ranzinza e mal educada, o que é uma pena, porque tratar as pessoas com gentileza e simpatia é basico. Cafe da manhã muito ruim, sem opções quentes, sem variedades de pãesnou frutas, enfim, ruim ate para os padrões americanos.”

In my travel life I have never found such a nasty dirty and stinky structure, even the breakfast was obscene. I will never go back there anymore.”

“If your trying to save some money, there aren't maybe places that put on as good a show. The hotel is classicly dated. Tucked away just off some forever road construction in Stroudsburg PA. Minutes from main street (Gamers Edge )and the Pocono Cinema and Cultural Center (Great ice Cream and movie treats) The area has great diners within 15min but for the most part you'll have to hit main street for any night life as Stroudsburg is on Small town time. The Motel staff is on the ball if...

“I love to stay here but this time I was in a room were their was no microwave I didn’t like that and the room was warm but besides that I always love staying here”

“Hotel system was down and delayed check in. We checked in at 330p and the hotel checked another guest in our room around 930p. The other guests tried entering our room 3x, which was very scary. I called the front desk and no answer. Went to front desk and they said the room was showing as vacant. The front staff apologized with no regards for the safety of my family and told me it's because I booked with a 3rd party. Didn't offer me a refund or any accommodation for the mishap.”

“The place was nice I luv the kitchen part but the bed tho I wasn’t happy I asked for a king size bed I ended up with a twin size bed smh I would recommend it but they need to do better on their bed issue my back was hurting in the morning”
