“this property is located right on the St John River so if you have a boat or jetski this is a perfect location. they offer boat slip for overnight stay in the water. overall the hotel was nice and neat. would recommend.”

The curtains do not darken perfectly, so in the morning light penetrates the window very early. “The hotel itself its a little rundown. the A/C was cooling but not its best either. Evening attendees were courteous but the morning crew was not at all. I also requested some sheets for the sofa bed because there was non in the room, I called and never got an answer, then I text and waited until I had to go to the lobby to get them myself.”

“As usual, our stay at Hampton Inn was wonderful. I find Hampton Inn, no matter what state or city, it is always consistently pleasant. It's welcoming, clean, has comfortable beds and a very nice breakfast! Oh, and coffee is available 24/7! We will visit again!”

“The room was amazing!! We arrived early and they checked us in. The Staff was kind and helpful. They gave us a map of places to eat which was very helpful. The Breakfast was unbelievable!! They had waffles, quiche, bacon, scrambled eggs, croissant with egg, Canadian bacon and cheese, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, yogurt and many other things. We definitely will stay there again. It's a beautiful clean property.”
