“The entire property seemed spotless. The room was so well maintained and thought out with a living area separated from the sleeping area by a door. Hot water was not a problem at all. The staff was so pleasant, and the complimentary, as you order, was wonderful. Will definitely return to this property. ”

“Great neighborhood location. Clean, comfortable, nicely renovated buildings. Ours had four apartments - 2 upper and 2 lower. Easy walking distance (2-8 Blocks) to bars and restaurants, shopping, and Old Town area of Fort Collins. Lincoln Center performing arts theater is 2 blocks away. Proximity to bustling city means there is some road noise if the apartment fronts the street. (Ear plugs eliminated the noise for our second floor street-side apartment.) Highly recommended.”

“This hotel is very clean and located near nice shopping and restaurants. Our room was spotless and we liked the floor plan (room with king size bed). The hotel has many amenities and a nice restaurant area and bar. They also serve Starbucks 24/7. My only complaint was having to pay for parking. This hotel is not located in a large metropolitan city, so therefore, parking is not at a premium. It didn't make any sense to me and truthfully irritated me.
