“This is a lovely property. Nice and clean, well equipped and in beautiful grounds with lakes and wildlife. We enjoyed feeding the geese - and were allowed to see some baby chicks that had just hatched. Barbara was on hand to help with anything we needed, and had provided a leaflet with local things to do and takeaways that delivered to site. Excellent stay, we will no doubt be booking again.”

“What a gem of a place. Such a welcoming place. Ann and Jim are the perfect hosts. Room with our own little private garden downstairs was lovely and the bathroom area very clean and eco friendly with no plastics. Even liked the bamboo toilet paper which I also use at home. Breakfast every morning is cooked fresh and very decent coffee. I would thoroughly recommend a stay here.”

“Excellent service from the start. I had request a slightly earlier check in as i was traveling from Glasgow, my room had been cleaned to an exceptionally high standard for my arrival. This was greatly appreciated as I had travelled to attend a funeral service. The hotel is only a 2 min walk from Cleethorpes railway station, so very easy to find and get to. The hotel is immaculate and beds are comfortable. Great local hotel. 5* ”

“Great location, centrally placed for bars, food and the seafront, but only on street parking. Lovely bar and sitting area in the reception. Booked the standard double room. Although it was clean and comfortable, it was very small and I wouldn't stay more than 1 night in that type of room for that reason. Too cramped to move hardly.
