“We had a great stay. Awesome location. Comfy bed. Nice staff. Nothing extra. We will stay again.”

“Maybe a better HVAC system our room was a little muggy , other than that our stay was great .”

“Some kind of mold on all the cabinet doors that we wiped off. Noise and music from the bar that is right next to the hotel kept us awake well past 1 am. Curtains did not block out the street lights so made for a horrible night's sleep with the light coming in. The unit we were in was a bit run down and the mold on the cabinets was probably the source of the weird smell. Breakfast was small with limited options but okay. Staff was nice. Wouldn't stay here again based on our experience.”

“Amazing location, amazing, property, outstanding guest services (shout out to Brittney) for amazing wine and fire pit evenings... group activities for the whole family to enjoy. enjoyable walk down the boardwalk to the beach, sand dune experience was delightful. Top notch stay... will of course come back again, and again and again... yall are amazing...”

“I should not have been charged the amount I paid, the property was in shambles, bad odor throughout, even the employees had such shocking BO, the smell continued to permeate the elevators when they got off. I'm not sure you should even open to the public, there was damage and broken tile, walls, all facilities were filthy and in shambles, not sure how to describe the condition of this property other than in shambles.”

“I regularly frequent this property I always look forward to coming down to the island and as it stands now and has been this way for years this is the only place I want to stay at Puente Vista has the perfect location and the views are priceless it is peaceful clean and quiet I enjoy seeing all the bird life and fishing off one of the many docks scattered throughout the property including behind your personal condo. “Hotel carino vicino a Padre Island e a Corpus Christi. Per cenare devi prendere l'auto e tutto è raggiungibile in 10 minuti. Stanza grande e pulita. Colazione classica con waffle, uova salsiccie pane tostato e yogurt. ”

“The AC was out and so the room got super hot. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Neighbors were load, drinking and smoking in their rooms and outside. Never again will I use this place.”

“Staff was nice-beds comfortable/ clean bedding, bathroom (only positive) -No AC in downstairs breakfast check in area -Pool closed (a lot of sad kids, families ) -Spoiled milk several guests complaining we found chucks in coffee -Very few TV channels/ cable not working well - staff no help how to navigate -Our Room smelled like dog pee - had to keep AC on freezing to hide smell -No blanket on bed when arrived only had 1 sheet and thin decorative sheet - had to ask for a blanket”

“First time ever staying here and the place was really nice. That air conditioner was really good really cold. The staff helped me out a lot and answered all my questions on all I it’s a pretty good place. Definitely coming back again and also keep up the good work guys.”
