“*SCAM ALERT* I booked this place and paid upfront for 3nights. When it was close to check-in time, I called and was as told over the phone by the host that they do not take last minute bookings. They never refunded me nor answered the rest of my calls.”

The agent that I spoke with was very apologetic and very professional and courteous. Overall my stay was excellent. “I would give the Terra Nova 3 stars. The main reason for this lower rating was the state of the bathroom, the toilet had a clear seal applied right over a layer of black grime, leaving it looking absolutely dirty. For a high-end hotel, I definitely expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.”

“Central, very clean and just like the photos. We had a little issue with the guard not letting in a guest because he refused to turn down the loud music but other than that it was very good staying at the apartment cannot blame the guard either.”

We shopped for our groceries and cooked our own meals. Our space felt so comfortable we were able to focus on our trip without the stress of worrying about being in cramped spaces or being a bother to others.
