“This is a nice place for a quick stay. They charge a $25 per day resort fee upon check in. I paid through Expedia and was surprised to be charged a fee for towels and the pool. The view is nice and pool is clean. The staff wax very friendly. There was a TV in the bedroom and the living room, however, they have different channels available.”

“The Saint is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. We have celebrated our Anniversary the past three years here. The 82 Degrees bar is THE BEST! Super happy hour 3-5pm and the bartenders were awesome. Until next year!”

“The air didn’t work we had to checkout relay very inconvenient. , there was a smell to the property like musty not the cleanest. Location is perfect but I would not go back.”

“Rooms are over priced. Hotel charges for parking, chairs on beach, etc. For overpriced room should include parking, and beach chair. I’d pick another beach hotel.”

“It was way too noisy people were playing games till 1 am yelling and screaming behind the building, weird that the only contact to main desk is through doorbell did not know how to check out”

“We stayed fir four days and had a wonderful time. Office staff and housekeeping were wonderful. Pool and rooms were very clean. Air conditioning worked amazing!! We would definitely stay here again! Also family and pet friendly near the beach a huge plus!”

“We loved our stay! When we first pulled up I thought, hmmmmm, I am not 100% sure about this place. BUT we quickly realized how great it was! Our room was so cute and when I walked in, it just smelled clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The decor was cute! We didn’t realize it had a cute little kitchen. It had a larger fridge than normal. The TV and the shower left a little to be desired, but we didn’t care. The pool was great and the private beach had the whitest sand and warmest clean...

“Location molto ben curata, ogni confort a disposizione direttamente nel proprio appartamento (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asciugatrice, doppio TV giusto per citare qualche esempio). Posto direttamente sul mare, senza dubbio lo consiglio!”

“Sono andata in questo hotel dietro consiglio di una guida. L'aspetto dell'hotel è molto bello e ricco di storia, è un vero e proprio simbolo a St.Pete. Purtroppo peró siamo rimasti molto delusi in primis dalla camera, troppo piccola considerando sia il prezzo che l'esclusività dell'hotel e anche gli standard americani a cui eravamo abituati. Il bagno era davvero imbarazzante... non potevamo usarlo contemporaneamente ma solo a turni. L'accoglienza è stata fredda e ci sentivamo solo un numero.....

“L'hotel è vicino alla spiaggia, basta attraversare la strada e percorrere una cinquantina di metri. La stanza è grande, comprende una comoda cucina con frigo, forno microonde, tostapane, stoviglie, lavandino, piano di cottura, caffettiera, ecc. La pulizia è buona. Bagno piccolo, ma funzionale, con una grande doccia. Comoda la lavanderia all'interno dell'albergo. Posto macchina gratuito, connessione wifi ok.”

“Good option for beach access and on site live music and entertainment. Nice to have chairs and umbrella included in reservation. Pool is much smaller than pictures. Room was not ready at scheduled check in which I’ve never had happen. Also stayed for 3 nights and they never fully cleaned room. They said they only do every other day and then even then they only came in and put a stack of towels on dresser and emptied trash. Beds were never made.”

“Mi opinión sincera , al llegar todos son muy amables, las instalaciones cómo habitaciones, baños agua emposada en al bañera, ascensores, sin aire acondicionado,baños de áreas comunes deterioradas viejas falta de mantenimiento los camastros del área de la playa la mayoría sucios, algunas toallas rotas y en el mal estado, si uno va pagar casi 600$ por noche uno quiere estar cómodo desde que llega y sentirse tranquilo eso me hizo sentir incómoda y no a gusto…”

“Right off the main strip, but close enough to anything you could wanna do. Nice quiet clean rooms. AC is a little tough to get working but once you figure it out it’s solid. Staff are awesome”
