“We stayed one night in the chapel in room 1 downstairs, room spacious, clean and tidy. Bed was really comfy and good selection of tea/coffee and biscuits. No view from the widow but plenty of light and you can use the communal area if you wanted more space. Breakfast across the road at the Erskine arms was very good, a good choice and good service, we also had our evening meal there which was really good, husband enjoyed the cask ales. Easy walk to shops and the quay, the Liverpool arms along...

“Very clean, impressive Hotel. Check in was easy and the room was very clean, the grounds definitely need to be walked to appreciate. The hotels flexible check in was also very welcome as we were travelling from Kent. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel and will be returning here next time we visit family who are in the area. ”

“Beautiful stay! Very comfy family room with a king bed and a single, fan provided as it was HOT! Very small bathroom but very clean with lots of towels. Gorgeous terrace for drinks and beautiful breakfast the next morning. The only suggestion would be the terrace is maybe reserved for residents as we wanted to go in for another drink and it was full which was a shame. But cant blame them, it was gorgeous there! Thank you for a lovely stay!”
