Questa proprietà marina sulla spiaggia è accesso diretto alla spiaggia dal giardino. Con un piccolo muro di protezione da scavalcare, sei lì sulla tua spiaggia per divertirti.
7 Aldwick Avenue è una moderna casa di tre camere da letto con un ampio giardino privato, parcheggio per diverse auto, con un parco a 200 metri e un bar sulla spiaggia.
Dispone di una grande cucina abitabile con accesso al giardino, sala da pranzo con accesso al giardino e un salone rialzato con vista sul mare e accesso al giardino.
C'è un ampio patio rialzato dal salone, un patio dalla sala da pranzo e un ampio patio alla fine del giardino, tutte con una splendida vista sul mare.
Tre camere da letto confortevoli, due con vista sulla spiaggia e una con accesso al balcone.
Due bagni (uno con bagno) e un bagno con doccia al piano terra.

We only stayed at this wonderful place a couple of nights after visiting family in London, but is was one of our bests vacations. The house is splendid. The ocean view spectacular. Rooms are specious and tastefully decorated. All the basic facilities you need and more. Contact with the owner was quick, helpful and friendly. We will fondly remember the evening Beachwalks at ebb.I will recommend this place in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful week with our 8 year old daughter and grandmother. The beds are comfortable and the house was exactly as decribed. The house is located in a quiet side street and you find a park with playground across the street. I had the best communication ever, very kind, quick and always reachable

Comfortable home right on the beach, very quiet and peaceful. Excellent accommodation, with views of the sea. Very clean with every facility you might need. Easy access to Chichester and Arundel and lots of excellent pubs in the area. Thoroughly recomend!

Fantastic holiday, home from home! Amazing views of the sea (even better than the pictures!!), spacious, very clean throughout and has everything you need. Great location with the pier, shops, takeaways and restaurants all within a 20 min walk or short drive! Only 20 mins to Chichester and 40 mins to Worthing! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! takeaways

Did what it said on the box. Fabulous. Only observation was the cooker. We hardly did any cooking as we tend to eat out. We always check the obvious - cooker etc. It was a bit sticky round the door and inside. Not criticizing just a observation. Not sure if you have paid cleaners but sometimes this things get overlooked. Thank you for a wonderful break on the best week so far this year. Sunny June.

Aldwick Avenue is a lovely property right on the sea shore. Ideal place to introduce our grandson to the fun of a family seaside holiday. Lovely park with cafe within a two minute walk. Also the Memorial Gardens are beautifully kept. The property's large garden is remarkably private considering it abuts the shingle beach. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Lots of space to grab some space to collect your thoughts. Very easy to drift off at night in the comfy beds to the sound of the waves breaking on the beach. The whole family enjoyed the ambience. Martin was extremely helpful and instantly on hand the couple of times we needed to speak to him (first because we forgot to ask for the highchair and second when we left some washing in the machine after we'd left!!) A real home from home. Thanks Martin
