"Clean room with AC and a Nespresso machine — a big plus. The bed was big and comfortable. Unfortunately, the self check-in didn’t work, though the lady at the front desk kindly helped us complete a standard check-in instead. Because of the self check-in issue, we also couldn’t get access to the wifi. I sent a message about it but never received a response."
