Spettacolare casa sull'oceano con viste impareggiabili e panoramiche da San Francisco, a Stinson, alla barriera corallina di Duxbury. Considerata dalla maggior parte come la proprietà con vista più spettacolare della zona, la casa è stata progettata dal famoso architetto della Bay Area Edward B all'inizio degli anni '60. È un bellissimo esempio di architettura moderna della metà del secolo e credo che sia l'unica casa che ha progettato a Bolinas. Si trova su un ampio pacchetto di quasi 2 acri di fronte all'oceano con grandi cortili recintati, pianeggianti e solo una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia e la città di Bolinas! Questa casa con 3 camere da letto (più den), 2. 5 bagni è perfetta per una famiglia o una coppia in cerca del massimo del relax e della privacy. Goditi la spiaggia (Bolinas o Stinson), il surf, le escursioni magiche sui sentieri del Palomarin, il raggruppamento delle maree sulla spiaggia di agata ....... o guidare meno di un'ora nel centro di San Francisco o nella Napa Valley centrale. Bolinas è un gioiello ....

Il piano principale è arredato con gusto con mobili confortevoli, è un concetto aperto, la camera familiare, la sala da pranzo e la cucina hanno tutte enormi finestre che si affacciano sulle onde e sui panorami. La camera da letto principale (letto matrimoniale) si affaccia sul Pacifico e ci sono altre 2 camere da letto una con un letto matrimoniale a castello e l'altra con un letto matrimoniale, oltre a 2 1/2 bagni. Al piano inferiore c'è una tana ideale per guardare film (i bambini hanno il loro posto per rilassarsi) ... le porte del patio si aprono su una grande area con prato sull'oceano. **** Abbiamo aggiunto una SPA oceanfront 6 persone con vista sull'oceano *****

Immergiti nell'enorme vasca di rame e goditi la vista dei surfisti e i suoni delle onde che si infrangono sotto, rilassati davanti al firepit di fronte all'oceano di notte o goditi l'ampio cortile recintato a livello ... non vorrai mai lasciare questo posto speciale.

Le sistemazioni sono arredate con nuovi lussuosi mobili di design come i nostri favolosi divani componibili in shearling che sono meravigliosi per coccolarsi e godersi il fuoco ... mentre si guarda il Pacifico ...

Forniamo teli da bagno turchi e lenzuola di lusso, il top della linea di materassi Tempur Pedic. L'interno è dotato di camino a legna, riscaldamento elettrico, (2) smart TV Samsung HD, DVD / Blu-ray, internet wireless, forno a microonde, cucina elettrica, macchina per il latte / cappuccino Nespresso, tostapane, spremiagrumi, panini, robot da cucina, pentola di terracotta / pentola a pressione, caffettiera, ferro da stiro, asse da stiro, posate, stoviglie, aspirapolvere, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Deck ha una griglia a gas Viking, tavolo da pranzo all'aperto con firepit e divani / soggiorno all'aperto .....
La nostra cucina completamente attrezzata viene fornita con quasi tutti gli articoli deperibili di cui avrete bisogno per cucinare come spezie, capsule di caffè espresso / espresso, ecc.

The Most Epic View On The Planet

First, about the rating. We stayed during an epic storm that tested the house's coziness factor. A more accurate rating would have been: during gale force winds and snow, the property deserves a 3. On a normal day, a 4.5. The property management team was A+. I messed up the arrival date: SOLVED. A couple of other minor and major issues: SOLVED. IMMEDIATELY. Very happy with their response. The house itself was fairly typical for an older beach house. It was perfect for what it is, but if you want modern, this may not be for you. Two things some people might have issues with: •The house is very much slanted. You walk uphill from one side to another. It’s not horrible, but watch out when opening drawers in the kitchen. Management has said they’ll be leveling the floors. •It is a narrow and steep staircase to enter. Older folks may have an issue with heavy/bulky bags. But the view. THE VIEWS!! Seriously. You may enjoy different views in a lot of places, but you’ll never find anything more breathtaking. Wow!!!! Epic. Kitchen has a great collection of pots and pans. Not quite a gourmet kitchen, but quite well stocked and up there with any rental. Pantry items were not awesome and could have used a re-fresh. Big fridge and freezer. Plenty of bowls/plates/glasses/knives (sharp!) and silverware. Fireplace is on point and easy to use. Hot Tub is clean, gets hot quickly and was the best place to chill and watch whales. The bathtub outside seems more fitted for a cool bath, not a hot soak. It took 2 hours to fill. Overall the property was really nice.

A NIGHTMARE

From the outset, this property was a major disappointment and never got better. There are several problems that need attention, which were not disclosed in the pictures or written description on the property website. For instance: 1. It appears that the pictures on the website are many years old and do not show the house in its current condition, with worn and outdated furniture, poor lighting, heating, and bathrooms. 2. There is no mention of a long, narrow, dark staircase (with uneven, inconsistent risers, which are likely against building codes) from the front door to the main level, which requires the guests to carry everything up to the living area. 3. Unlike other rental properties, there is no informative book on the premises describing its amenities, such as how to operate appliances, how to take the hot tub cover off (which we were unable to do), emergency numbers, etc. 4. Several of the living room, kitchen, and bedroom windows would not close completely, which created cold drafts throughout the house through the entire stay. The windows allowed rain to pour in onto the sills, electrical outlets, and heaters below the windows. 5. We immediately contacted the owner/agent about the window problems and rain coming into the house,y at the latest, but no one arrived. 6. The power went out on the first full day of our stay. We had no hot water, no lights, no heat, and no use of any appliance. We had to forego the fireplace for heat because the drafts were so strong sparks came flying out of it. With only flashlights for light and no assistance from the owner, we spent the entire stay wrapped in jackets and blankets. 7. The flue on the very old fireplace kept closing on its own and would not stay open. 8. Because the house was uninhabitable due to the lack of power, we left early and requested reimbursement of the unconscionable, hefty price we had paid for this supposed luxury home. The owner has refused to honor this contractual obligation. Despite others' positive reviews about the house, the house is truly over-priced for the total lack of service and comfort the renter receives.

Perfect VRBO

This is the best rental we've ever had. The house has stunning views, is well appointed and the location is walkable to town, but feels completely remote! I highly recommend this property if it's available! The fireplace inside was so nice to have and you just can't get over the sounds and views of the ocean. What a treat.

Best house ever!

This is seriously the best house we have ever rented! The kitchen was wonderfully stocked, comfortable beds, easy check-in, and responsive host. And the views!!!! We never wanted to leave because it was so magical to just be there and gaze out at the pacific and the surfers and all the birds. I highly recommend this property. Thank you to the host for sharing their home with us.

4 girlfriends stayed at this property and we could not have enjoyed the spot more. The views are breathtaking and we had everything we needed. We walked to town daily which was a beautiful 10 minute stroll. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Believe it or not, the photos of the views listed here do not do them justice. The views are incredible, the property is quiet, the check-in is quick and easy. This is a no brainer- definitely coming back!

Perfect house for girls’ getaway

We loved the extremely well stocked kitchen, cozy throws, fabulous outdoor spaces, and incredible views. Be prepared to watch the tides and the fog ebb and flow and the pelicans fly by. This is a special spot in a wonderful town. We loved every minute.

The View

When you enter the home, and walk up the flight of stairs, you will be welcomed by one of the Best Views in Bolinas! Stunning. We had Clear skies, comfortable beds, and a warm working hot tub, which helped us all to quickly relax, and enjoy our long weekend. The weather in November delivered, as well as the service from the host, as we were provided great communication and easy access to the property. The home is supplied with ample amenities, including but not limited to, plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. This uniquely architected cliff side beach house will be appreciated by adults. The fireplace warmed the house and the outdoor bathtub warmed our souls. If you enjoy cooking, you will appreciate the well stocked kitchen and enjoy a sunset view while doing the dishes after. Plenty of private outdoor spaces around the property to break away, have a good one on one talk, or just kick back and read a book. There is a plenty of parking spaces at the top of the driveway, and we preferred leaving the cars there and walking to the beach (public access stairs are just a few yards down the street.) After your beach time, I recommend stopping at the Museum, meet Keith Hansen, and discover the local bird scene. Across the street you will find Smiley's Saloon, where the drinks are cold and the food is better than expected. Enjoy. ☮️❤️

Excellent Bolinas property

From the views to the various amenities on the property (hot tub, fire pit, etc.), our stay was fantastic. The house is described accurately - perfect for two families - and the property manager was incredibly responsive (and knew the property well). We had a fantastic long weekend and would definitely return!

Wish we could spend the whole summer

The views (despite the fog!), the deck, the hot tub, the inside common area and the beds were all amazing. House worked well for two families (cousins) though third bedroom best for younger kids if sleeping four. Bolinas is a cute, very laidback town with a well stocked market. Lots of hikes around and if you’re a surfer, seems the place to be! Hope to return to this magical place on the bluff.

Heaven on the Side of a Cliff

This is such a phenomenal property... views out every window, sitting in the hot tub watching the surfers below, reading on the lounge chairs, sipping hot tea by the fire pit, comfortable beds, beautiful furnishings, safe, private, a property manager that was accessible and very helpful... all this AND a quick walk to town and to the beach... DREAMY! We can't wait to go back...

Stunning panoramic views, comfortable, welcoming space

This home was so wonderful to stay in. The views are amazing, and it feels truly private and removed from the world. Everything we needed was available in the nearby towns and the house was fully stocked (firewood, kitchenware and appliances, blankets and towels). Beds were comfortable, the hot tub was cleaned right as we arrived and even though it was quite cold, the fireplace and heaters kept us toasty. The outdoor dining table was also tucked into a nook that blocked out any strong winds so we had no issues eating outside either. We’d definitely return!

Incredible property, wonderful stay!

Such a beautiful property! You will not find a more breathtaking view! Property manager was very responsive (although we hardly asked any questions because we were well informed in advance). The home was very well-equipped with everything you could need. Bolinas is so charming, with a market just down the street, and great restaurants nearby. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The fireplace warmed the house completely, and the heaters were very effective when the fireplace wasn't burning. Wood was supplied. We couldn't have asked for anything more, and would return in a heartbeat!
