The customer service on the phone & in person were absolutely excellent. The room was clean, the doors locked safely, and the bed was super comfortable. Clean as hell!!

Everything is in good condition, there were a few areas of our room that were not 100% clean, stains on arms of chair, marks on wall, dirty fingerprint on wall switch.
