“Very disappointed that the rules and regulations in the tenancy agreement we had to sign before we could get the address and key code were so lengthy with multiple fines for everything including using more than 1 towel each for the duration of our stay, that we felt we didn’t dare touch anything and couldn’t relax for the 3 days we were there. The owner then drove into the front garden the day after we arrived and knocked on the door to ‘get something from the shed’ but didn’t introduce himself...

En het zou goed zijn om in de keuken ook zaken als kleine snijplanken, een theepot en pannelappen te hebben en een leeslamp bij de comfortabele sofa. Het buitenbad is een leuk idee, maar is in tegenspraak met het aan...

Some maintenance issues - back garden needed tidying, no working lights at front entrance (making it very dangerous for elderly and frail family member) and a front door that needs shaving on the bottom to stop it jamming on tiles (and allowing walker to be used).”
