This was supposed to be a spa hotel with a pool. Booked only a week before arrival only to find the pool closed and limited spa access. Dirty spa area, Really not worth the stay. We stayed here in 2023 and absolutely loved it. We know that it is a five-star hotel, but we paid a lot more this time...in low season, which was disappointing. The staff is amazing and the breakfast is the best you can find in any hotel.
