“Séjour très sympathique a Sainte Lucia. Une seule nuit , nous aurions aimé y rester un peu plus.
Propriétaire très sympathique qui donne de bonnes idées de programme.
Elle a réservé pour nous une ballade en bateau à la decouverte des hippopotames.Super !!!
Premier safari le lendemain dans la réserve , Super également.
Réseau wifi très moyen , comme partout en Afrique du Sud. ”

“We loved our stay and the staff were working so very hard. The staff in the Restaurant should get an award for Patience and kindness. Cleaning staff could improve. I saw a lot of dust and dirt on the floors every afternoon when I returned to a clean room. The one bar staff member could be a bit friendlier. He didnt look interested in serving.”

“We had a good stay in comfortable and exceptionally clean accommodation. Was, however, concerned about the lack of Covid protocols in place, guests approaching the buffet without masks and not being told to put them on - even one of the servers wasn't wearing a mask! No sanitizers in public areas, no social distancing etc.”

“5 Star service excellence. The staff are all extremely helpful and only happy to assist. The rooms are clean and fully air conditioned which is much needed. The food is exquisite and well done to the chef. Wonderful experience to be up close and personal with the cheetahs and the various cat family.”

“Partiamo dai giudizi positivi: il parco in cui è situata la struttura è molto carino, è possibile fare lunghe passeggiate a piedi e vedere alcuni animali come giraffe, kudu, antilopi, facoceri etc. Posto molto tranquillo e con personale locale, specialmente ( o forse dovrei dire "solo") Victoria eccezionale, ha fatto la differenza! Sia la colazione che la cena sono stati ottimi.

“Unfortunately the renovation spoilt our stay. It clearly stated on the web site renovations were completed. It indicates wifi available in rooms...it was not. When we asked the receptionist she was surprised and said she would send someone to sort it out. My husband had a conference call at 1am....never got assistance. The door to cabin didn't fit the frame. Bathrooms desperate for up grade. Staff in dining room great and food was very nice. Guide Lucky very friendly. Would we go back...not...
