“The hotel itself was nice. The pool and hot tub were the best thing about this hotel. The elevators were a 50/50 shot whether they would work or not. Many times we even got stuck for a minute or two on the elevators. The most disappointing thing was they advertised free breakfast on Expedia and Travelocity but that's a lie. I asked and they said no, free breakfast was not included with our stay even though when searching for a hotel I had the free breakfast filter checked.”

“Our room wasn’t cleaned properly, there was a toe nail on the floor… there was grass in the bed sheets. The building has no way to get a snack or drink if no one is at the counter, only a virtual assistant. We came downstairs at 7am and most of the “breakfast” was gone. And to top it off the police were there at 5am banging on the neighbors door. Definitely didn’t feel safe. We left to get drinks and came back and the front door was locked. We had to be buzzed back into the hotel. Not family...

“The receptionist was polite and welcoming. The room smelled overly of cigarettes and the phone was non operational. I had terrible flushhing the toilet but the shower was warm and the water pressure was desirable. I found the breakfast to be back of variety but the provided options were tasteful. The location was easy to find and choose to many resources. ”

“The room was clean, location convenient, pricing affordable. Was able to order delivery from a chinese restaurant that I’ve ate from before with no problems and the fridge kept my drinks cold.”

“Friendly helpful staff”

“Upon arrival, we waited about ten minutes for someone to greet us. Then he tried to say I owed some odd amount of money, even though I already fully paid on Expedia. He did not really say much when I questioned it, just gave me the room keys, so beware if someone is pocketing money, I am unsure on that. The room was awful. Had a weird smell, bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Floor was gross, toilet, everything. Walls were paper thin. Just a bad stay overall...”

“Hotel was dated. You could tell the staff took care to clean the rooms and most common areas, but it still needed some work. Corners, light fixtures and ceiling vents in the bathroom had visible dust. These are the things that can male a hotel stand out if cleaned and maintained. The hotel also shows a pool on the expedia pictures. The hotel website removed these pictures and they also removed the mention of a pool. There is no pool at the property. While it may not be my first choice, I...
