Ottimo NON FUMATORI, NO ANIMALI AMMESSI..Facile da raggiungere, breve tragitto in auto per San Diego Fun

Questo è un accogliente 1150 piedi quadrati 2 camere da letto, 1 bagno completo con vasca idromassaggio e un mezzo bagno, condominio arredato a Bonita. Tutto in condominio è NUOVO. C'è una lavanderia, piscina e vasca idromassaggio all'aperto in loco. C'è anche un posto di parcheggio dedicato per l'unità. (Che a San Diego è una benedizione) C'è uno starbucks, ristoranti e negozi di alimentari proprio in fondo alla strada a Bonita, nonché un campo da golf e percorsi per passeggiate / jogging. Il condominio si trova al largo dell'autostrada 54. La struttura si trova a breve distanza in auto da Downtown, Aeroporto, Coronado, Lajolla, Zoo, Sea World, Point Loma, Spiagge, Città Vecchia e tutte le altre attrazioni di San Diego. Questo è un ottimo posto dove stare e godersi San Diego. Ci sono materassi ad aria nell'armadio anteriore, così come televisori e lettori dvd in entrambe le camere da letto e nel soggiorno. Il condominio ha un cavo di base ed è completamente arredato con tutto il necessario per ospitare il soggiorno. Sono presenti le chiavi di accesso alla piscina, alla lavanderia e alla vasca idromassaggio, nonché il parcheggio coperto con etichetta dedicato situato proprio sotto l'unità. L'unità dispone di set di materassi queen molto belli e lussuosi in ogni camera da letto. Ci sono anche giochi da tavolo in unità per l'uso, così come piccoli refrigeratori di ghiaccio da portare in spiaggia se necessario. Nell'unità abbiamo anche teli da mare e sedie da portare in spiaggia, se lo desideri. Questa è una zona soggiorno tranquilla e dalle 22:00 il rumore deve essere al minimo per rispetto dei vicini. Ancora una volta lì in assoluto NON FUMARE o ANIMALI AMMESSI. Per visitare tutte le attrazioni di San Diego, è solo una breve distanza in auto da quasi tutte. Dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 7:00 alle 9:00 e dalle 16:00 alle 06:00, proverei a evitare le autostrade a causa del traffico intenso. (Queste sono solo le mie opinioni sulla guida nell'area di San Diego). Se vuoi un ottimo posto dove stare di notte, che è molto bello e pulito, questo sarebbe uno da considerare. Good central location

We spent 4 days in San Diego. We were about 20 minutes from everything. A grocery store and restaurants close by. Host was very responsive to text and good to answer questions.

Host Makes the Stay

The complex the unit is in is right off a major highway but is very quiet with plenty of friendly neighbors around. The assigned parking space is a short walk from the bottom floor unit. A well maintained and very clean space greeted us as we easily navigated the arrival and entry process. The unit has comfy couches in the main space and queen beds (rare bonus) in both rooms. Double bathrooms was a huge help for multiple families. A simple kitchen and dining area makes for cost savings by cooking over dining out. Overall, I would consider staying here again if I were to visit.

Enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds, convenient parking. Its location was perfect for us. Host was very responsive.Nicely decorated, 4 adults had plenty of room. Jack and Jill shower had lots and lots of towels and shower products. Nice.

The place is clean, the problem is my daughter is special need and the bathtub doesn’t have hand held shower and it hard for me, and there is not smart Tv for watching you tube for my daughter. Joe is very good with communication and very prompt the response. It’s nice place, but I think it may not best place for us.

great place to stay in San Diego

Joe was amazing even before we arrived - he gave me all of the check-in info we needed and even checked-in with us the evening we arrived to make sure everything was okay. My son was so comfortable on the couch we didn't even use the air mattresses, and all of the other extras (day-trip backpack we used for the zoo, beach towels we used at the pool, games for the family, etc.) were very-much appreciated. Joe was readily available throughout our stay, and even recommended some great activities and restaurants (even though we didn't have time to take advantage of them). Overall, this was definitely a great place for my family and if we ever make it to the San Diego area again, we'll try to stay here!

Good place for families to stay in San Diego

This condo was a nice place for my family to stay while visiting San Diego. It is very close to CA-94 as well as I-5 and the 805 so you're not too far from any of the major attractions in San Diego. Condo was clean and serviceable for a large family to cook meals in. There is also a pool in the complex which my children enjoyed during some down time parts of the trip. Owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had during my stay.

Great for our family!

We stayed 7 nights and the accomadations were excellent. We played hard everyday then came home to a quiet place that truly started to feel like home. Joe was great and quick to get back to us on any questions. There were beach towels, a beach bag, chairs, toys and small coolers that we used daily as we explored San Diego. We loved San Diego and our home away from home!Thanks Joe!

Bonita Treasure Spot

My stay was very peaceful. I didnt hear neighbors or cars zooming by. Loved the updated amenities and soaker tub. Access to wifi, pool and laundry. Quick access to freeway and other San Diego attractions within 30 minutes drive. Loved the the shops within the area neighborhood too, Big thanks to property Owner Joe for recommending some amazing eateries around the corner. Parking was not an issue and i felt secured and safe coming and going. Condo was stocked with everything that i could have possibly needed from the stores. I will keep this property on my future trip board to revisit again when im out in San Diego again.

Great for families

Clean, comfortable and well-appointed condo was perfect for our family of 5. The unit was nicely updated & thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs & towels. Kids also spent time in the pool and hot tub. The unit is well located and approximately 15-20 minutes to many attractions. Lastly, the owner, Joe, was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

More than what we expected

This was our first time ever using. VRBO and we didn’t know what to expect. What eased our type A personalities was the immaculate communication with Joe. My wife and I had a few questions before, and during our stay and each time we had immediate friendly and professional communication and that was wonderful. Joe was always super helpful and accommodating during our stay. The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more. It was extremely comfortable and it was located right off the freeway which made it easy to get on the highway and go! Joe made our stay in San Diego a memorable for years to come. We will definitely book again with Joe when we return!

We enjoyed our stay at Joe’s house. The property is clean and has all the amenities you need. Joe gave us great recommendations on places to visit ( saved us money with Groupon )and eat and all of the places were within 15-20 minutes driving distance. Very nice home!

We spent wonderful few days at the apartment! The development is right next to a highway, so location is very convenient. The development is quiet and well-planned. The apartment itself is welcoming and nice. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, utensils, and cooking necessities. The beds are super comfortable. The apartment feels like a home people care about. Communication with the host is always pleasant and timely. Highly recommend!
