“The only problem I had was, I had to pay an extra $50 fee for insurance for the room for damages and $10 parking extra that I did not approve once I booked through Expedia but other than that room is clean staff was amazing food for breakfast was delicious”

“Not enough towels, towels were dirty and smelled odd. Bed sheets were dirty. After calling the front desk, I was told no extra towels and if i wanted new clean ones to bring her the dirty ones. No extra pillows, no extra blanket. Staff wanted to argue. Parking lot had loud people drinking and partying. Terrible hotel.”

“I had an absolutely horrible experience here. So bad that even though I had a room booked through the weekend, I left at 5am on my first night. I wish I could’ve left sooner. My room was awful. The floors were disgusting, the shower had black mold in the tub, the shower curtain had many stains including blood, the toilet wasn’t clean, nor was the one towel I was given. “We were worried about when we first pull in it looks like rough area. But we gave it a try. The staff she is so accommodating and respectful. We got room 154 facing the pool area. The room is not bad at all. There is no bugs and the bed is comfortable. It’s old hotel but clean and comfortable. And no one bother us during our stay eventhough there is a lot of people hanging out from outside. ”
