“I love this BWP! Every things were excellent. I booked the river view room upstairs. It was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The view was worth the money. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and enjoyable. John and staff were very friendly and sweet. Breakfast was next door in a family restaurant with delicious warmed good and stunning views. “Hosts were outstanding on check in. I arrived later in evening around 7:30 pm and they were friendly and receptive and recommended dining options. Even walked me down to the cabin to show the way in the dark. Room was immaculate and beautifully done and very comfortable. Would stay here anytime when within the area. Good location and convenient to attractions, dining, and all basic staples.”

“The place was not clean. Spiders in the room. Grout in the shower was gross. The toilet water was yellow. Did not feel safe. Had to put table up against door for safety. The front desk gentleman could not get the key to the door to work. He had to get DW40 to finally get key to work. We were worried about not being able to work getting in and out of door.This whole experience was terrible! Should have asked for money back and gone somewhere else. We were just so over it and exhausted.”

“There was dried food matter in the refrigerator and on the stove, just over all very dirty. The staff were very friendly, but the room wasn't clean at all. They did have a help wanted sign on the front sign, so I'm guessing they were short on help. We just went and got some supplies and cleaned it up. The tv barely worked as well, just kept going on and off. Reception problem I'm sure. Fortunately we had lots of plans for outings so we we mostly just there to sleep. But if I had any advice...
