“Room didn't meet my expectations at all. Sheets looked dirty and there was laundry and trash left in the hallway the entire night. Will not be coming back to this one.”

“The hotel looked nothing like the photos, very dirty and smelled like smoke and weed as soon as you walked into the lobby. The rugs in the room were dirty, the paint was peeling in the bathroom walls/ showers. We had no smoke detector in the room either. Overall just felt unsafe and unsanitary as two girls traveling for a short trip. ”

“I love how clean the hotel is but I hate it when I pay very high price and I don't get typical services like water bottles or free coffee ”

“The shower in the suite did not work. We tried calling downstairs and could never get hold of someone. We had to go home without showers. Also, no blankets for the pull out bed. We had to go downstairs for those after again no answer at the desk. ”

“Very comfortable bed, charming 1927 wooden house, original furniture, staying in a former carriage house, good size room, clean, tiny fridge not working and no replacement, offered to use one in the lobby of a main building, extremely friendly, caring staff, included breakfast in a formal dining room, delicious, cooked for you, no unlimited bagels/donuts, parking off the street, ”

“Updated and modern, wooden floors are nice si that there’s not that typical carpet small that most hotels have. Clean and bright. Unsustainable using all plastic and throwaway. Breakfast was fine, coffee subpar ”
