“Clean, staff was very helpful! My king room had a separate sitting area and kitchenette with fridge and microwave. There’s a single cup coffee maker and coffee. The next time I need an inexpensive place to stay in Charlotte, I'm staying there. ”

“We could not have had a better stay! Staff was great. We had a terrible experience with American Airlines, several late and cancelled flights on our way to the Bahamas, thank goodness we were able to salvage our vacation by staying at the JW. They even supplied goody bags to try to supply everything we were missing in our luggage.”

“First time staying here and I had a wonderful experience at Home2 Suites. My daughter and I stayed here for a cheer competition and the location is great. The whole place was very clean and all of the staff was exceptional. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Charlotte. The breakfast buffet was also great most places have very few things but this layout was like a restaurant style buffet and the food was great!”

“Charlotte Airport canceled all flights. The entire hotel was booked with tired people who were at the airport all day. The staff was absolutely amazing the entire stay. They were quick with checking us all in as fast as they could. The hotel was clean and rooms were nice. The next morning for breakfast they kept the food full the entire time. Thank you for all you did to help us!!”
