“Quite an unsafe property. Had to check out a night earlier because of unsafe conditions. No amenities were provided. No WiFi, no room service and bugs in the room.”

“I had an issue with this hotel in the past where we asked for a late check-out to which we were granted, but the manager took it upon himself to then enter our room when I walked a load out... just as my wife was getting out of the shower. It was a whole big ordeal where I almost got the police involved and after this stay, I almost wish I had. It's been a few years since we've been to this location and it's under new management but I'll be damned if the same thing didn't happen this morning!...

“Check in took forever then we were assigned a room someone was already in .We had to go back down get another room after driving and being at the ball diamonds all day. Kids and adults were running up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors till 1:15am didn't get no sleep horrible experience.”

“Room cleaned after I reached the hotel and kept me waiting for 15 Minute for cleaning even though it's pre booked. Toilet seats were dirty and not cleaned even after informing the team. Coffee machine was utter waste, the disposable cups were old and blackish spots in it. Coffee was horrible. Waste bin should be cleaned by us. They won't do it. Towels we need to replace each time by going to the reception and ask. It was a horrible stay here.”

“Super nice staff. I found this place after a paid booking was cancelled at another hotel. A little further out that I would like but it was worth it. I got to check out some local bars in Charlotte. A big shout out to Frank. He checked me in and the other staff was very friendly. If you want something clean, inexpensive and not a bad drive to MSU, check out this place.”

“Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Only thing our ac didn’t work, shower drain kept getting clogged. But other than that it was good experience.”

“My 3 year old daughter found a crack pipe under the bed in our room!!!! Clearly the room had not been properly cleaned. I took it to the front desk and was promised a refund. Still no refund showing on my card. Do not stay here.”

“The staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially the young man running the front desk (and operating everything at breakfast). He obviously takes great care in his job and wants to make sure customers are well taken care of, which is always good to see. The building is aged, but appropriate for the price, especially with the service provided.”

“Everything was great! The place was clean, staff was nice, and breakfast was great! Only other comments about the room are some nicks in the bath tub porcelain, the bathroom door hinges were loose, and some stains in the carpet on the hallway carpet just outside my door. These aren't complaints-- I just hope I don't get billed for any damage. But yeah, everything was great! ”
