“No water. Was told the whole time they were fixing it. I get it things happen. 4 nights 5 days of no water to little water. The staff telling the whole hotel they can’t wash towels because they don’t have enough water. Cold to luck warm showers when there was water. Yes I would have moved hotels if everything wasn’t booked for a trap shooting nationals. Told I don’t get money back because I booked third party. Missing tv that was to be in our room. One of the reasons I booked...

“Clean and nice experience”

“We enjoy staying at this hotel for the annual Capital City Comic Con. This year, we had a room with a view of the river and watched a fireworks show, which was a bonus. We will definitely be returning to this location and highly recommend this hotel to other cosplayers.”

“Bed was hard. AC unit was noisy. Was of hair found in one of the three towels given. Pool and hot tub not functioning. Very disappointing.”

“I liked how clean it was but as far as price it could have been lower considering I saw a few roaches in my room and there was none of the things available that was offered like breakfast and everything else was closed ( pool, bar, lounge) no ice available no vending machines and they offered wifi and they had none and you won't know until you check in. But overall now that I know this I will still recommend it”

“Property is very run down. Pictures do not depict this at all. Carpets very stained. Door key didn’t work half the time and when told staff they didn’t work was told to just keep trying. Basically had to break the door to get in.”

“Breakfast was not good. Sausage was gross and waffles had a weird taste. Room was fine”

“I had to kill multiple roaches in the room I had I have the pictures to prove it as well and my sheets were old”
