“Parking was easy. The rooms were fantastic. They are beautiful. Everything was clean. The only thing that was a little unfortunate was the bar closed really early and they also were out of pretty much everything to make on their menu. So it would have been nice to get a drink and enjoy there. But I guess I don't do much business which is unfortunate. Overall though, it's a great property to stay at”

“Very disappointed with the whole thing. The room was small. The so called "breakfast" was a joke. Worst breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. This is set up to be for someone who just is traveling through and not for a family trying to enjoy their trip.”

We loved the premium amenities, especially the Molton Brown products, quality tea and coffee setup, and the very comfortable beds. The complimentary bakery each morning was also a lovely touch. “I do not suggest this hotel. We chose it for the price since the others in the area wanted $300+ (high for a quick stay to break up a drive) and per usual, you get what you pay for. It was dirty, run-down, odd characters hung around the lobby, we turned on the water in the sink and the pipe below burst out water all over the carpet. Look for newer hotels if staying in the Roanoke, VA area. ”

“Double charged me and expedia refuses to refund me. Hotel is scheisty and tried to make me pay cash although i already paid through expedia. They said i would have to cancel through expedia because they couldnt process their payments at the time. Now the hotel wont respond to expedia to tell them that i paid again. Over $86”
