“The room was clean and had been updated fairly recently. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was well-designed, although the walls are quite thin. Neighbors with running and yelling children were inconsiderate. The breakfast area, however, was a hot mess. The microwave had no way to show the time, so I saw two folks blow up food in it. Waffle maker could use directions, as I saw confusion from guests. Granted, it was included with the room rate, like Hampton Inn does, but Hampton does a much better job. You get what you pay for, I suppose.”

“Very beautiful almost 200 year old home that has been maintained well. Room was super clean and properly stocked with amenities. Staff was super nice and helpful. Close to night life and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.”

“ This place was not in good shape, no frills at all. It could be better with a few upgrades. Hostess was nice. If you need a cheap place to stay, this is it. Had a good TV, bed ok, fridge, micro, iron and ironing board. No tissues. No extras like hot beverages. Bring toiletries- you will need them. ”

“A very nice family owned business. Great location with the casino and restaurant nearby. Just off the New York State thruway. Love having the coffee in the room, comfortable beds. All for a great price!”

“Not impressed with reception when we arrived. We checked in on-line before arrival, which did not save us any time at all in getting our room key. No friendly welcome by staff. Given an accessible room for some reason. It was not requested nor was it required. No closet, no mirror in room, only in the bathroom. Traffic noise and guests stomping around in room above ours made for very little sleep. Easy off and on to highway, so very convenient for overnight stop on road trip. Close to numerous...

“We enjoyed everything about our stay at Homewood Suites. Check in was easy and pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The food and service were good. We would definitely stay there if we are in the area again.”
